A Journey of Self-Discovery
Why ramberk.com? Well, simply because these are just my first name and surname letters mashed together (genius, I know). In other words, you could say I’m just trying to save you from breaking your tongue 🙂
Most “about me” pages of successful people begin as “I dropped out of college and now I’m a CEO of a unicorn startup” or something like that. Well, my story is not that impressive. I wasn’t dropped out of university, I finished it.
I got my BA in Economics and Marketing and after that… nothing really happened. I wasn’t sure what to do with my life. So I started working on various projects, many of which never saw the light of day.
I even felt guilty for a long time that I wasted so many years studying things that I don’t really like so much. And honestly, I sometimes still do.
But eventually, I realized that it’s not about the things you study or the job you have. It’s about what you do with your time. And how you spend your time is what really defines you as a person.
Embarking on a Digital Marketing Odyssey
I’ve been working online as a digital marketer since 2014. First I started as a Joomla and WordPress websites creator. Yes, creator, not a developer (I finished a full stack developer boot camp only in 2019). I really enjoyed this hobby and it allowed me to acquire valuable basic coding and UX skills.
While playing around with website design, I ran into an issue – people didn’t even realize they existed. That’s when I started learning about SEO and other digital marketing techniques. It took a lot of trial and error, but eventually, I began to see results. And it was really exciting!
At the same time working solo I had to take care of the business side too, such as learning how to create and interpret financial reports, how to manage projects and people (outsourcing), and how to negotiate deals. And here my BA in Economics and Marketing finally came in handy.
At this time I am highly interested in efficiency and effectiveness. How to do more with less. How to get better results with the same or even less effort. This is what I’m constantly trying to learn and share with others on ramberk.com.
Exploring Transformative Technologies and Financial Independence
Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics are the technologies that I believe will have the biggest impact on our lives in the next few decades. That’s why I decided to study artificial intelligence and learn as much as I can. I’m using some of these technologies in my business already and I want to share my experiences with you.
Finances are also very important to me. I want to retire as early as possible and live a comfortable life without worrying about money. This is why I’m also sharing my experiences in this area as well.
And of course, health, mental and physical, is something that I care about a lot. Because without good health, nothing else really matters. I will also share my findings in this area.
Guiding You Through the Digital Maze
I worked hard and improved my knowledge through many attempts and studies, and I continue to learn new things every day to stay ahead of the curve.
But it’s easy to get overwhelmed and start doubting everyone when there’s so much useless information online.
With most people, you don’t have a basis for trust because you don’t know them. Furthermore, many use fake identities on the internet, so it’s hard to discern who is being truthful.
The thing is, there are a lot of people out there who claim to be experts but are nothing more than charlatans. They’ll give you all sorts of empty promises and try to sell you on the latest “get rich quick” scheme.
I believe that the future of the whole internet industry will survive only when true people with genuine identities come up to the surface.
And I get many inquiries from my circle of friends and colleagues asking how they can make money online or start their online businesses.
So, I decided that it is about time to start writing and sharing my knowledge with the world, to help others who are struggling as I once did (and sometimes still do).
I will write about the things that I have learned and the things that I’m still learning. Things that have worked for me and things that haven’t. And I’ll also share my experiences, both good and bad.
It wasn’t an easy decision for me to start writing and sharing my knowledge with the world. I’m a more introverted person, so putting myself out there in a public way is not something that comes naturally to me.
But I realized that there is a need for more people to write about their experiences and share their knowledge openly and honestly.
There are too many charlatans out there who are more than happy to take advantage of people who are struggling. So I decided to step up and be the change that I want to see in the world.
I’m not perfect and I don’t have all the answers. But I’m genuine and I’m here to help.
I’m here to cut through the BS and share the things that I have learned from my own experiences. The things that have worked for me and the things that haven’t.
I’m here to help you avoid the mistakes that I made and point you in the right direction.
I’m here to show you that it is possible to make a comfortable living online, without having to slave away for someone else.
I’m here to share my knowledge with you and help you build a better future for yourself.
